The Senior Account Solution Architect leads the resolution of complex technical challenges, such as designing multi-cluster OpenShift environments, integrating AI/ML pipelines, or meeting compliance/security requirements in regulated industries. The role serves as SME in advanced workshops, demos, and proofs of concept. Collaborates closely with sales, product, customer success, and partners to align solutions with business outcomes. The Solution Architect actively develops solution strategies that secure customer wins. The main focus is to identify customer business challenges and effective solutions using Red Hat and industry solutions. You will collaborate to co-develop and certify joint partner solutions. What you will do: - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to secure customer validation of technical solutions, supporting the account team in pre-sales engagements. - Deliver tailored technical presentations , including deep-dive demos, workshops, and POCs, leveraging traditional and emerging tools where applicable. - Develop technical strategies for complex opportunities, including RFx e.g. Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses and architecture designs. - Collaborate with product engineering teams to align solution designs with product roadmaps and industry advancements. - Partner with customer success and ecosystem partners to ensure smooth post-sale adoption and expansion. - Create reusable technical assets (e.g., architecture templates, battle cards) to scale best practices. - Mentor junior team members on solution architecture principles and stakeholder alignment techniques. - Represent the company in technical forums , sharing insights on product capabilities and real-world use cases. What you will bring: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience - 2-5 years of experience working in a technical presale, support, or consulting role - Strong Technical knowledge in Kubernetes, virtualization, and Networking - Knowledge of and operational experience with methodologies related to automation and/or cloud infrastructure - Knowledge of enterprise cloud solution deploying and running solutions in a cloud environment and private, public, and hybrid clouds - Solid Linux system administration skills at the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) level or higher; certifications are a plus - Ability to travel up to 50% #LI-JC2 The salary range for this position is $172,020.00 - $275,360.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a technical presale, support, or consulting role.
