Associate Analyst, Outsourced Tax Department Services

DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates

• Prepare and validate data for indirect tax processes, including journal entries and G/L reconciliations. • Assist with documenting current client processes prior to transition. • Support workflow enhancements by gathering requirements and providing input on technology-driven improvements. • Perform routine compliance support tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. • Maintain organized records and audit-ready documentation. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 0–1 year of experience; internship or exposure to tax operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
