Role Description Guidacent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow implementation and migration initiatives for our enterprise clients. Role Description The primary duties of the Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) are to provide support and mentorship to his/her Project Management Team and ensure the execution of their project(s) is completed safely, on time, on budget, and within the specifications of the project. The Sr PM will be responsible for the overall success of his/her Project Management Team, giving guidance and education on project process, vertical advancement, and team growth. The Sr PM will also act as Project Manager for certain projects in conjunction with his/her PM Team oversight. Qualifications - High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience in construction, energy industries preferred; or BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar AND 8+ years of experience in respective industry. - PMP preferred. - Ability to read and communicate in English. - Ability to use computer and proficient with standard office software. - Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Key Responsibilities - Serves as the lead for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies for clinical informatics initiatives. - Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities. - Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards.
