Role Description The primary duties of the Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) are to provide support and mentorship to his/her Project Management Team and ensure the execution of their project(s) is completed safely, on time, on budget, and within the specifications of the project. The Sr PM will be responsible for the overall success of his/her Project Management Team, giving guidance and education on project process, vertical advancement, and team growth. The Sr PM will also act as Project Manager for certain projects in conjunction with his/her PM Team oversight. Qualifications - High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience in construction, energy industries preferred; or BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar AND 8+ years of experience in respective industry. - PMP preferred. - Ability to read and communicate in English. - Ability to use computer and proficient with standard office software. - Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Requirements - Must be punctual, organized, and professional. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experienced in working with Engineers, Utilities, AHJ’s, Customers, Vendors, and Subcontractors. - Proficient in working with Microsoft Project (or comparable) scheduling software. - Knowledgeable with web‐based resource planning solutions (PLM, ERP, etc.) - Fundamental understanding of contract language and interpretation. - Proficient understanding of budget acumen and cost control. - Ability to identify and manage priorities with urgency, while maintaining high quality and customer service. - Manage, support, and mentor Project Management Team to successful execution of projects varying in scope and size. - Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements. - Coordinate and lead Project Charter Review with PM Team to develop and define appropriate implementation plan. - Provide oversight of contract review, sales pricing assessment and budget development, and project schedule creation. - Coordinate development and execution of change orders, invoices, subcontracts, and transmittal documents. - Provide support to PM Team with risk assessment/mitigation, budget and schedule impact resolutions, and managing customer expectations. - Proficiently understand all aspects of project management. - Provide feedback from PM Team to Senior Staff on needed training, process revisions, and overall global improvements. - MUST demonstrate professionalism and exemplify a good attitude in all situations. Key Responsibilities - Serves as the lead for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies for clinical informatics initiatives. - Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities. - Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards. Specialized Skills Include: - Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g., supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness) - Prosci or similar OCM frameworks (ADKAR model) - Communication and training development for clinical and technical audiences - Familiarity with VA VistA/CPRS, Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)

• Act as the primary point of contact for identity and access management engagements with Identity Fusion's expanding customer base. • Provide oversight of the project schedule and budget (with a high level of fiscal control and accountability) and risk/issue management. • Manage and execute project deliverables in line with the project plan and milestones. • Drive for results and deliver what is needed to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables and meet published project go-live date. • Effectively execute project management disciplines (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) throughout project lifecycle when managing projects and/or programs. • Support regular project management meetings with agendas, weekly status reporting with issue and risk identifications and mitigation. • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members. • Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress. • Provide regular feedback to the PMO to guide future methodology and packaged service development.
