What you have: - Proven Leadership: 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles. You have successfully led large-scale product organizations and have a track record of "owning the room" with executive leadership. - Deep Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: Payments/Fintech, Identity/Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance, Fraud, or Growth/Acquisition. You understand the nuances of high-volume transaction processing and the complexities of operating in a regulated environment. - Mastery of People Management: A proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top-tier product talent. You know how to build a team culture that balances high-speed execution with long-term architectural health. - Strategic Influence: You excel at navigating competing priorities from Legal, Fraud, and Marketing.
