• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. • Execute automated and manual tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Trello. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. • Continuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and efficiency. • Support regression testing, integration testing, and system testing efforts.

• Conducting hands-on functional testing to ensure new features meet requirements and deliver the right outcomes. • Clearly documenting results, raising issues with clarity and precision, and helping maintain high quality standards. • Working closely with developers to identify gaps, edge cases, and opportunities to strengthen quality. • Championing strong QA practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. • Designing and implementing automation capability from the ground up, including: A scalable automation framework, A core regression suite, Supporting disciplines such as performance, integration, and load testing. • Playing a central role in building structured acceptance criteria and ensuring requirements are well-defined.

• Contributing to system test plans to ensure highly effective test coverage & automation • Creating and deploying automated system tests to replicate real world scenarios • Improving testing methodologies and procedures to enhance test automation efficiency • Reviewing product & system design requirements to verify accuracy of test plans and test case

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and provide feedback during the development process. Participate in the upkeep of QA operations & suggest improvements where needed • Test Ownership (Planning, Documentation, Execution etc): Collaborate with product owners to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for Salesforce projects. Create & timely execute detailed test cases and test scripts (inclusive of applicable regressions) based on business requirements to verify the functionality, performance, security, and usability of Salesforce / enterprise applications. Maintain comprehensive test documentation. Aim to achieve a high defect density in the lower environments & take measures & ownership to hedge against leakage • Defect Identification: Identify, document, and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce and severity assessment • Test Data Management: Manage and maintain test data, ensuring data integrity and relevance for testing purposes • Quality Assurance: Participate in enhancing the overall quality assurance process, including improvements to the testing process, test automation efforts, and the implementation of best practices • Test Automation: Identify and Automate the test cases on the playwright framework. • Review Process: Conduct peer reviews of checklists. Participate in post-mortem/root cause analyses for production bugs and share key insights to prevent future occurrences • Continuous Development: Take ownership of personal performance & development goals. Participate in knowledge sharing activities, including onboarding of new team members & delivering demos on completed projects • Availability: Be available for standups & misc business calls / scrum ceremonies during the scheduled timing (typically early PST hours)
