What You'll Do You will define and own the global strategy for Avalara’s mid-market ERP partner ecosystem, shaping one of the company’s most critical growth vectors. As a senior strategic leader, you will architect multi-year go-to-market plans that accelerate ARR, deepen executive alignment, and expand joint innovation across key partners. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and revenue execution—translating ecosystem opportunity into measurable business impact. This role offers broad visibility and influence across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. This role is 100% remote and you will report to our Senior Strategic Partner Director #LI-Remote What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will design and execute comprehensive global partner strategies, including executive engagement models, joint business planning, and rolling product roadmaps aligned to Avalara’s innovation agenda. You will develop data-driven investment cases and performance frameworks that optimize partner economics, program effectiveness, and long-term growth. You will proactively identify ecosystem opportunities and risks, mobilizing cross-functional teams to drive execution and measurable improvement. Additionally, you will serve as the senior relationship leader for strategic ERP and ISV partners, elevating collaboration to the executive level and scaling global impact.
