The Manager Solution Delivery will lead and scale the execution of our data and analytics product deliveries in a rapidly growing business. The role will be critical in ensuring quality, efficiency, and standardization working across internal teams and with external partners to enhance delivery performance, drive process improvements, and establish key operational metrics. Scaling product delivery for multiple products across multiple lines of business lines in HAS is a critical success factor driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The role will build repeatable, efficient, and scalable processes to support business expansion while maintaining high-quality, timely deliveries. Role Description The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for all duties listed below. The position requires coordination with clients, executive staff, and RCM staff for the revenue cycle management performance reporting. Essential Functions: - Lead and Supervise Revenue Cycle Staff: - Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement teams. - Ensure staff adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices across the full revenue cycle. - Monitor and Report Staff Productivity: - Develop, track, and analyze productivity metrics for all revenue cycle functions. - Prepare regular performance dashboards and present findings and suggestions for improvement to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and the CEO. - Course correct as necessary with staff between reporting intervals. - Optimize Revenue Cycle Processes: - Identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management. - Implement process enhancements that improve accuracy, reduce days in A/R, and strengthen cash flow. - Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards: - Oversee adherence to payer guidelines, coding standards, and internal quality benchmarks. - Conduct routine audits and provide corrective action plans to maintain accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with Executive Leadership: - Serve as a key liaison between revenue cycle operations and executive leadership. - Provide strategic insights, trend analysis, and recommendations that support organizational financial goals.
