Job Description

Senior IT Operations Engineer

Aledade, Inc.

• Ensure that the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems remain reliable, secure, and performing at peak efficiency. • Be responsible for the health and stability of production environments. • Define, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all critical IT systems. • Proactively design resilient systems, championing a culture of continuous improvement through automation and mentorship. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to define and implement standard operating procedures for monitoring, disaster recovery, and change management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT operations or similar roles with demonstrated expertise in system administration and cloud network management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user satisfaction and system efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in managing IT infrastructure and services, including security, network, and systems administration.
  • Experience with IT compliance frameworks and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and collaborate with various departments.
  • Experience leading complex projects, proactively identifying infrastructure gaps and driving solutions.
