Radicle Health’s Product Marketing Manager connects product innovation to customer impact by driving how Radicle Health’s products are positioned and brought to market. This role will develop go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Product Marketing Director and cross-functional stakeholders, craft clear and compelling messaging for Radicle’s full suite of products, and develop enablement that empowers Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. The Product Marketing Manager role will turn market and customer insights into actionable campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and growth while providing internal stakeholders with critical information to develop and deliver market-leading products. This role is fast-paced, collaborative, and impact-oriented, with heavy emphasis on strategy, storytelling, and execution. What You'll Do Go To Market Strategy & Enablement - Assist in updating and developing product messaging and positioning for core Radicle Products. - Drive go-to-market strategy for Tier 2 & 3 feature releases, including messaging, positioning, and campaigns. - Partner cross-functionally to support major launches, ensuring alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing. - Develop and execute enablement materials as needed, including case studies, testimonials, and webinars. - Translate customer and market insights into compelling product messaging and positioning. Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Execution - Identify and champion opportunities for customer growth, including upsell, cross-sell, and add-on initiatives that expand ARR and strengthen long-term customer value. - Align ABX campaign messaging to account needs, industry context, and prospect/customer goals to drive engagement, product adoption, and pipeline growth. - Collaborate with Product to prioritize and shape new offerings based on customer insights and emerging market needs. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a seamless, tailored experience across the customer journey. - Ensure feedback informs product, marketing, and success strategies to reduce churn. - Leverage account-level data and prospect-level data, insights, and segmentation to create tailored content and campaigns. Market & Competitive Intelligence - Conduct ongoing competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy. - Synthesize market and competitor insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and leadership to increase adoption, grow new business, and reduce churn - Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Product teams to identify differentiation opportunities that enhance win rates and market share. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, adoption, retention, and account/prospect conversion metrics. - Continuously refine campaign initiatives to improve engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue outcomes. - Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to inform account-level strategies. Who you are: - 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and technology applications in clinical settings. - Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across functions including marketing, sales, and product development. - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), or clinical data management optional.
