Role Description We're looking for a sharp, business-minded BI Analyst to embed within our Content Team. You won't just build dashboards — you'll own the data layer that drives content strategy decisions. You'll work end-to-end: from defining metrics, building data models, and designing self-serve reporting infrastructure, to uncovering insights that directly influence editorial direction, distribution strategy, and audience growth. - Own the metrics: Define, maintain, and continuously refine the core KPI system for the Content Team — covering content consumption, creator performance, user engagement, retention, and funnel conversion. - Build the data foundation: Design and maintain stable, scalable data pipelines, models, and reporting layers to support business decision-making with reliable, well-governed data. - Drive insight, not just reports: Proactively identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities through regular analysis — don't wait to be asked; surface findings before the business feels the problem. - Close the loop: Track the impact of content experiments and strategy changes end-to-end, from hypothesis → test → result → recommendation → follow-up. - Enable self-service: Build intuitive dashboards and data products that empower product managers and operations teams to answer their own questions. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as the data partner for Product and Operations — translate business questions into analytical problems and data insights into actionable decisions. - Ensure data quality: Govern data accuracy, consistency, and documentation; work with data engineering to resolve upstream issues proactively. Qualifications - 3-5+ years in BI, data analytics, or a related role at an internet company. - Strong SQL skills; experience with big data tools (Hive, Spark, Presto) is a plus. - AI native analysis toolings experience. - Solid understanding of content metrics (DAU/MAU, CTR, duration time, funnel conversion, retention cohorts). - Strong logical thinking and structured communication — ability to tell a clear story with data to both technical and non-technical audiences. - High sense of ownership: you care about business outcomes, not just task completion. Overview Lakeview Loan Servicing is looking for a Title Reconciliation Specialist to help ensure everything lines up at closing—from prepaid taxes and insurance to title and recording fees. You'll handle reconciliation tasks, verify final charges, issue post-closing disclosures, and work closely with title companies to resolve any discrepancies. This is a fully remote position. However, candidates local to our Horsham, PA office have the option to work a hybrid schedule if they'd like. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 to $26.00, an annual bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k). Responsibilities - Manage and respond to inquiries in the Escrow Title Reconciliation Inbox - Manage and process inquiries in the Post Consummation Closing Disclosure Request Inbox - Verify actual charges on the Recorded Mortgage/Deed of Trust - Verify actual charges on the Final Title policies - Obtain and upload updated Final American Land Title Association Statements, Disbursement Ledgers, and refunds issued to the borrower by the title company - Issue Post Consummation Closing Disclosures when applicable - Provide feedback to management on the vendor process pertaining to identifying the actual charges for recording fees and title policy - Other duties as needed or required by management Qualifications - 3+ years’ experience in residential mortgage operations - Prior experience working for a title company or experience working as a mortgage document custodian is a strong plus - Knowledge and recognition of residential mortgage loan documentation for Conventional, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration, and U.S. Department of Agriculture loans is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and organization skills - Strong attention to detail Lakeview is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
