We deploy and support products such as Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems, and Mobile Data Computing, among others. Job DescriptionNote: This is a remote role with 75% + of travel to customer sites in the US. Candidates my reside anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities of the Customer Education Specialist include but are not limited to: - Teaching and instructing agency customers/end users and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services - Conducting on-site and remote training for the Motorola Flex software and the designated third-party software - Presenting training using a variety of classroom training methods, including lectures, flip charts, online projection, etc. - Completing department-required reports within set standards - Managing communication with customer contact(s) related to the training schedule - Coordinating customer (agency) information between trainers - Operates under supervision from the Customer Education Lead - Relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience working with the Motorola Flex Product - Must have a valid driver's license - Experience with Motorola Flex Administration preferred - This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy". It therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers. Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions' values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving fraud and non-fraud disputes and recover the funds for our members and/or Financial Institutions while minimizing liability and risk for the company. In addition, the Contact Center Dispute Operations Agent I will be accountable for meeting performance targets. Day in the Life - Take incoming calls from cardholders applying critical thinking skills to identify and resolve inquiries originating from members and Financial Institutions daily and determine the best course of action to resolve the case within established departmental timeframes. - Be proficient in all areas of entry level fraud/non-fraud dispute processing. - Maintain knowledge of and follow association and regulatory rules to help diagnose charge back or compliance cases and to assist in the research, analysis, and resolution of those cases. - Navigates tools and resources to properly address member disputes. - Maintains a high level of service with member and meets performance targets. - Maintains composure and demonstrates a calm, professional position while adapting to difficult situations. - Develops and maintains productive working relationships with team members Work at Home Technology Requirements - A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions - Proven and reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by the use of cellular data (hot spot) - Cable or fiber connections are preferred - Internet service download speeds must be at least 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload - check your download speed using a speed test.
