About the role The Core TSE in Territory is a partner-facing role, leading the Partner-Driven Go-to-Market and Partner Attach strategies for the Territory segment, focusing on new business through Red Hat and partner collaborations. They also work closely with Digital Sales Specialists (DSS) on partner strategy and opportunity mapping to meet Sales Pod targets and retire quotas. C-TSE may engage customers by exception only for the largest, must-win, or compete take-out deals or to promote a partner to a customer. These meetings should be with the partner present for enablement enablement and guidance What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for executing territory plans and driving partner engagement to meet sales targets. Your specific responsibilities include: - Territory Planning: Create and lead your Territory Execution plan and identify prioritized partners through interlocks with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to drive growth - Partner Engagement: Drive partner attach to all sales opportunities and promote partner-driven sales motions - Pipeline Generation: Support pipeline creation activities with Specialized Partners, Value-Add Distributors (VADs), and Value-Add Resellers (VARs). - Deal Management: Manage Deal Registrations and lead/opportunity passing to partners You will also drive deal progression and forecast all partner-driven opportunities - Strategic Collaboration: Interlock with Ecosystem resources to develop partner sales execution strategies and identify partner capability or capacity gaps for targeted opportunities - Escalation Management: Act as a partner escalation point to support and remove blockers, ensuring partner and customer success - Success Metrics: You will work toward achieving 100% partner attach within your territory and closing at or above the target number of New Logo wins What you will bring To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate specific sales competencies and the ability to hit key metrics. The salary for the Cardiopulmonary-PAH (CPS) Specialist is from $130,000 to $160,000 per year and the salary for the Senior Cardiopulmonary-PAH (CPS) Specialist is from $155,000 to $180,000 per year. These ranges reflect our good-faith estimate of the compensation for these roles at the time of posting. This range represents base salary only and does not reflect total compensation, which provides opportunity for competitive sales incentive compensation, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs, as well as other factors permitted by law at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future based on company and market factors. In addition, this role is eligible for our short-term and long-term incentive programs.
