Senior Product Manager

LawPay

• Conduct deep market analysis and customer research to identify white space opportunities in the accountant workflow • Lead discovery with design and engineering partners to understand core pain points and validate solutions through rapid experimentation • Own the product vision from conception through launch, determining where AI and automation create genuine competitive advantage versus adding unnecessary complexity • Design and execute market validation experiments • Champion rapid iteration with emerging technologies while maintaining quality thresholds that professionals demand • Define success metrics tied to business impact, not feature delivery – focusing on adoption, retention, and revenue growth • Build outcome-based roadmaps that connect daily work to measurable customer and business value • Partner with analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks that track true product-market fit • Lead cross-functional alignment around outcomes, taking corrective action when initiatives aren't moving the needle • Balance speed to market with quality, knowing when to pivot, persevere, or pull the plug on initiatives • Create lightweight documentation and rituals that drive accountability across teams • Continuously refine how we work based on what's actually delivering results • Establish experimentation frameworks that allow us to test and learn quickly with minimal investment • Influence and align stakeholders at all levels around product vision and strategy • Navigate shared platform dynamics by becoming a master storyteller who can translate accountant needs into platform priorities • Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption and ensure customers realize promised value • Work closely with engineering to make technical trade-offs that balance innovation with reliability • Shape the broader product vision for how our accountant tools fit within the larger ecosystem.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrable success launching 0-1 products
  • Proven track record of taking products from concept to market in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong experience in market validation methodologies and experimentation frameworks
  • Background in pricing strategy and monetization experiments
  • Excellence in data-driven decision making with the ability to move fast with imperfect information
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features with clear understanding of when AI adds value vs. complexity
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure from chaos
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and make strategic bets
  • Outstanding communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfort with rapid context switching and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Resilience under pressure with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations in practical product applications.
