• Design and build the internal foundation for AI and data pipelines • Lead the evolution of our IaC (Terraform) strategy • Architect and maintain high-speed delivery pipelines • Support infrastructure for extraction services, image detection and PDF processing • Own the observability-as-a-service layer • Partner with security leads for robust AWS Cognito identity management

• Drive enterprise-wide technical decisions and deliver organizational transformation through AI-empowerment. • Mentor and develop talent for a team of senior engineers, providing technical leadership. • Design and build AI-enhanced capabilities for platform engineering workflows including intelligent monitoring, automated incident response, and predictive capacity planning. • Establish architecture patterns and best practices for integrating AI into platform services, ensuring solutions are maintainable, observable, and fault-tolerant. • Ship AI solutions that measurably improve operational metrics including MTTR reduction, toil automation, incident prevention, and engineering productivity improvement. • Own end-to-end delivery from problem identification through production deployment, training, and knowledge-transfer. • Work in tandem with our product teams and leaders to identify and implement optimal AI solutions throughout our Platform Engineering and Technical Services groups within the company. • Partner with platform engineering, SRE, and IT teams to identify opportunities where AI can transform their operational capabilities and deliver hands-on implementation improvements. • Design and lead the development of high-quality, secure, and observable solutions. • Create frameworks, libraries, and patterns that accelerate AI adoption across the organization and enable teams to extend solutions independently. • Manage the team in achieving ambitious goals, providing regular feedback, and driving continuous improvement. • Participate in all aspects of our software development lifecycle for AI solutions, including planning, defining requirements, developing, and testing those solutions with the team.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our extensive Kubernetes-based infrastructure. • Work extensively with AWS services, mostly EKS, leveraging native tools and features to deliver cutting-edge cloud solutions. • Demonstrate deep hands-on experience with ArgoCD to implement GitOps practices. • Manage service meshes, traffic routing, and advanced observability features using Istio. • Create modular, reusable templates for application deployment using Helm. • Serve as the expert on K8s and Service Mesh, acting as the technical authority for the organization on these subjects.

• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, GCP and bare-metal K3S deployments • Own infrastructure as code using Terraform, evolving our multi-environment architecture • Design and improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the path from code to production • Enhance observability across the stack with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack • Maintain security standards required for defence and government customers • Optimize cloud costs while ensuring performance and reliability • Travel to customer sites to support on-premises deployments and troubleshoot production issues • Ensure testing and staging environments are reproducible and consistent with production
