Overview The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure that the HRIS effectively supports the organization's HR processes, data management, and reporting needs. The HRIS Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, HR leaders, and IT professionals to enhance HR operations through technology solutions. This role also ensures technical support for other HR systems. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $160,000, plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities - Oversee the design, customization, and configuration of the HR system to meet the organization's unique needs. - Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the HR system in alignment with the overall HR and organizational goals. - Lead and manage the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functions through the HR system. - Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the HR system with other systems. - Monitor system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system performance and security. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data within the HR system, while maintaining data security and compliance with privacy regulations. - Identify manual processes that can be automated within the HR system, streamlining HR operations and reducing administrative workload. - Work with HR teams to analyze current processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions to optimize workflows. - Design and generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making by HR and organizational leaders. - Implement data visualization tools and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics. - Manage relationships with HR system vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of quality services. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and systems. - Collaborate with legal and HR compliance teams to ensure that the HR system adheres to data privacy and security regulations. - Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR data and maintain data integrity. - Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
