About the Role Kramer, a global leader in the professional audio-visual (Pro AV) and communication technology industry, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead B2B sales of advanced AV, networking, and collaboration solutions across the Central United States. This is a fully remote, field-based sales role, focused on owning a defined territory, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships. The role is designed for a hands-on, results-driven regional sales professional who thrives on closing deals, developing accounts, and expanding market presence. Location Requirement (Important): This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in the Central US region. Role Overview This is a territory ownership role, combining: - Channel partner management - Direct engagement with end customers The primary responsibility is to drive sales growth across the region, by developing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Own and deliver sales targets for the Central US territory - Actively manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners, resellers, and distributors - Drive direct engagement with end users to generate and close opportunities - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the region - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships - Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce - Represent Kramer in customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows - Travel across the region as required, up to 75% What We’re Looking For - Based in the Central US region - 5+ years of territory sales experience in Pro AV, IT, or technology solutions - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience selling through channel partners and working directly with end customers - Strong commercial mindset with a focus on closing business - Ability to manage a geographic territory independently - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills - Familiarity with AV, networking, and collaboration technologies - Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented Why Join Kramer Join a global leader in AV technology and take full ownership of a key region. Other duties may be assigned: - Input new Trade Account applications into IE, notifying the associated Account Executive that the account is established and ready for outreach - Answer general inquiries as submitted through our website contact form or to our general inquiry inbox, as well as assisting with phone calls - directing clients to the appropriate Account Executive or other department - Process Design Trunk purchase orders as submitted through the website, notifying Shipping that the request is ready for fulfillment, and notifying the associated Account Executive that a kit has been purchased from a new or existing client within their territory - Input (and occasionally, revise) non-revenue generating orders on behalf of the Sales Team, including orders for samples, swatches, photoshoots, hospitality/donations, and more: - This process entails cross-checking product availability for the future event date (where necessary, as is the case with Sample Orders) to ensure goods are available prior to sampling. - May be required to submit an Inventory Addition Request with Production. - Notifies the Account Executive that the order is ready for submission to their client, along with relaying any pertinent information concerning availability or product assortment. - Run a daily Balance Report and process Balances Due for all orders with a current Final Date for Changes, sending receipt & proof of paid invoice to the client contact on file.
