Role Description The Mississippi Department of Child Protective Services seeks a PS/PMO to support a proof-of-concept demonstration using natural language processing and other machine learning methods to improve the intake process. This work is critical to demonstrate the potential of the latest technology to improve the lives of children at risk. The Program Strategist will play a key role in realizing strategic initiatives for the State by overseeing interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and documentation to further the objective of developing tools and methods to improve the intake process. The PS/PMO must possess excellent communication skills, a proven record of delivering meaningful results, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. Furthermore, the PS/PMO should be familiar with the data systems commonly used by Child Protective Services. Key Responsibilities - Ensure the Objectives of the Project are Satisfied - The PS/PMO will ensure the State’s objectives of protecting children and reducing the use of State resources are maintained throughout the proof-of-concept. - The PS/PMO will add to the project objectives based on requests from the State. - Oversight of Exploratory Interviews, Discovery Sessions, and Workshops - Provide leadership of exploratory interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops with State representatives to understand and document current workflows and shortcomings. - Contribute to the Development of a New Intake Process - Oversee discussions related to the development of the new intake process to ensure the objectives of the State are being met. - Contribute to the development of key metrics associated with measuring the prototype’s efficacy. - Review documentation as appropriate for the purposes of transparency to the State. - Engage State at All Levels - Ensure proper communication and coordination of key stakeholders at all levels within MDCPS to ensure their understanding, participation, and support of the project. - Gain support by understanding what is working and what could be improved in the current intake process. - Coordinate Conference Room Demonstrations - Oversee the conference room demo for key stakeholders. - Review the framework for the demonstration to ensure the objectives of the State are satisfied. - Roadmap - Oversee the development of a roadmap that illustrates how the developed technology could be integrated into the State’s ecosystem of technologies and processes. - Final Report - Oversee the development of the final report of the project, documenting all significant aspects. GCI's Senior Staff Transmission Network Strategist will develop short and long-term transmission network strategy that drives innovation, optimizes capacity, and aligns with broader network goals and enterprise strategy. Functional leadership role expected to perform at high levels throughout the company, interacting with directors, senior directors, and vice presidents. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), technical consultant, and perform the role of Lead Architect for major and highly complex company initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT ALL LEVELS: This position requires the following non-delegable responsibilities: - Fully own the mission, goals, operations, and results of areas of responsibility. - Provide strong functional leadership and demonstrate effective leadership in all interactions companywide, including generating enthusiasm and shared commitment; identifying and setting direction; teaching, growing, and empowering; owning outcomes; and leading by example. • Bring Grove’s mission to life through end to end development of Grove’s social media channels (IG, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube). Lead the strategic planning and distribution of social-first content, from management of the content calendar, to weekly content briefing, scheduling posting, and building performance reports. • Develop a social content framework that maps high-value storytelling to specific audience segments. Architect a unified content ecosystem where this organic strategy informs paid media creative, ensuring a seamless brand narrative across the entire social funnel. • Establish a rigorous "Organic-to-Paid" testing pipeline, using organic engagement data to identify "winners" for paid amplification. • Manage the production lifecycle for all social assets: ideation, scripting, briefing, filming, editing, publishing. • Partner with the Director of Growth to create recurring content series to deepen brand affinity and engagement. Think in series and repeatable formats, rather than one-off posts, to drive performance. • Lead UGC strategy end-to-end: sourcing, creator briefing, rights management, and elevating authentic customer voices. • Monitor performance metrics, participate in weekly performance calls, and translate insights into creative pivots. Consistently optimize hooks, formats, captions, and CTAs for each platform. • Serve as the connection between Grove and its followers and customers to nurture superfans. Proactively engage audiences through community forums and partnerships. • Manage the community experience through the moderation of online comments with timely responses and facilitation of community groups. • Work cross functionally with creative, retention, merchandise, and product teams to ensure tentpole moments and merchandise features align with social content calendar.
