• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews, including phone screens, video calls, and virtual onsite interviews • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication • Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Track interview progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their interview status • Support cross-functional recruiting efforts through collaboration and shared team goals • Anticipate scheduling conflicts or issues and proactively resolve them • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all interviews and logistics run efficiently

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in coordination, recruiting support, or customer-facing roles

We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you may be required to be onsite most of the time.
