Title: ATLO Test Software Manager for AI&T Location: Littleton, Colorado; Sunnyvale, California Hybrid Full-time Job Description: Description: Manage ATLO Test Software Services for Space Test Facilities that enable Certified Test Conductors to meet program contractual test requirements. Responsibility includes managing the ATLO EASY Team, ensuring software baselines and releases are functional, driving consistent test philosophies across programs, and budget accountability to meet department commitments for system level testing for Space Systems Company. Act as the ATLO Test Software program interface for all scripting and test software planning related activities. Provide technical leadership during the development of complex Space Vehicle level tests by interfacing with the various program disciplines and developing / coordinating major test events. Also manage department overhead, maintenance, manpower and budgets. Provide technical support for various Space programs during critical activities. Provide leadership and mentoring for the group in addition to the responsibilities outlined in the standard job description and foster a 1LM culture. Candidate must drive to meet program objectives at the highest quality/lowest risk and most cost effective manner. Candidate must be able to engage with the 1LMX organization and drive compatible interfaces into current and future applications. Position requires demonstrated communication skills to enable resolution of schedules and conflicts and ability to organize, motivate and lead groups of engineering and technician personnel. Basic Qualifications: - Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills coordinating with multiple customers simultaneously as well as managers and employees. Operational Excellence traits must be demonstrated from past performance. - Documented, 3 years satellite level integration and test experience or equivalent. - Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a test leadership role. - Candidate must have a strong understanding of test software frameworks and various programming languages. - Candidate must have a BS, Engineering or Sciences or equivalent experience. Desired Skills: - Familiarity with EASY, STARS, and Websat applications - Experience with full stack development - Experience with Model Based System Engineering principles and applications Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000.
