In this position, you will partner directly with business stakeholders to discover high-value opportunities, build version-one AI agents, and train coworkers to use and create AI solutions themselves. This is a hands-on role designed to accelerate adoption of AI across the enterprise through real-world use cases, rapid experimentation, and direct enablement. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking innovator who experiments fearlessly with new AI models and tools, learns quickly, and brings curiosity and creativity to solving business problems. You'll act as both a builder and an educator - ensuring business units not only get impactful AI solutions but also gain the skills to continue innovating on their own. What you will do Key Responsibilities Business Engagement * Partner with business units to surface pain points and opportunities for AI agents. * Translate business needs into clear requirements and prototypes. * Act as a trusted consultant and guide for stakeholders on AI possibilities. Agent Building & Delivery * Rapidly design and deliver version-one AI agents tailored to business unit needs. * Collaborate with AI Engineers, data teams, and platform teams to ensure scalable solutions. * Document, test, and refine agent solutions based on feedback and adoption. Enablement & Training * Train and mentor coworkers within business units to become AI agent builders themselves. * Develop playbooks, best practices, and lightweight training materials. * Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Experimentation & Innovation * Explore emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks; bring forward innovative applications. * Continuously evaluate how new AI capabilities can solve real-world business challenges. * Advocate for responsible and scalable use of AI across the enterprise. What we expect of you * Bachelor's degree and 7 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience; OR * 11 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience. * Strong background in solution discovery and rapid prototyping. * Proven experience building and delivering AI-powered solutions (agents, workflows, AI integrated software), including hands-on work with LLMs and AI agent platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, N8N, Claude Code, others). * Strong background in product lifecycle management, solution discovery, and agile development methodologies. * Demonstrated history of partnering with business units to identify opportunities, facilitate solution discovery, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for technology initiatives. * Proven track record of acting as a consultant to internal teams, guiding the adoption of new technologies and leading workshops or consultations to explore use cases for AI * Curiosity and passion for experimenting with AI models and tools; quick learner who thrives in ambiguity. * Strong skills in communication, influence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building to drive consensus and adoption of AI-driven solutions. * Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to evaluate and experiment with emerging models and technologies for practical use.
