Strategic Operations Associate

• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams as an internal advisor on pricing, quoting, and deal strategy for complex employer opportunities. • Prepare and validate employer, census, and contribution data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for financial analysis. • Develop pricing scenarios and conduct financial modeling to support competitive, compliant, and scalable deal structures. • Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-ready recommendations and concise internal deal briefs. • Support deal reviews and approvals by surfacing assumptions, risks, and required escalations within established pricing and policy frameworks. • Ensure accuracy and consistency across pricing outputs, quotes, and approvals. • Assess deal structures, identify non standard terms, and align deal execution with internal controls and approval processes. • Contribute to the refinement of pricing guardrails, approval frameworks, and repeatable deal execution standards.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, revenue operations, or a related analytical role supporting commercial decision-making.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex, multi-variable datasets and ambiguous inputs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with experience preparing analysis that informs high-stakes decisions.
- Experience translating complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, concise recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with pricing, financial modeling, deal analysis, or revenue-related workflows is a strong plus.
- Experience working in high-growth, startup, or consulting environments preferred, where speed, rigor, and adaptability are required.
