Senior Product Manager

• Help define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Degreed’s application. • Responsible for key elements of the application. • Leverage AI to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution; spending around 25% on strategic planning, 25% on Product Marketing and External Engagement, and 50% on operational execution. • Contribute to and execute on product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs. • Support roadmap prioritization based on impact and customer feedback. • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 8–10 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience and familiarity with enterprise software and large enterprise customer challenges.
  • Comfortable working within agile methodologies and adapting to dynamic, global environments.
  • Knowledge of API-driven platforms, understanding of developer ecosystems, and experience with tools such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product development, prototyping, and product-led experimentation is highly desirable.
  • Background in corporate learning, HR information systems, or enterprise learning solutions.
