AI Product Manager

Cedars-Sinai

• The AI Product Manager is independently responsible for defining product roadmaps and leading development for multiple new digital offerings to expand digital services at Cedars-Sinai. • Managing key initiatives (end-to-end lifecycle), from ideation to implementation. • Conducts research to evaluate best practices and analyzes data to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure that the ongoing investment in AI translates into scalable solutions with high uptake across departments. • Drive adoption and maximizing opportunity: engaging with clinicians and staff, integrating solutions into workflows, and aligning deployments with organizational goals. • Define KPIs and track outcomes (clinical, operational, financial, satisfaction).

Job Requirements

  • Three (3) plus years of experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams, preferably working with Artificial Intelligence workflows.
  • Project management experience. (highly preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
