Job Summary & Responsibilities The Sr. Enrollment & Billing Specialist will report to the Director or Sr. Director, Client Management in the CDB Client Services department. This role is responsible for working with Associate Account Manager and external team to support all small group business inquiries. Responsible for reviewing member claims, determining allowable reimbursements-based off IRS guidance within 48 hours. Works with Finance on all financial aspects of the business. Review's client specific issues and opportunities, identifies solutions, and also lead to resolution by collaborating with other operational areas or outside vendors. - Responsible for Small Group Client Invoicing and tracking of revenue and expenses. - Primary point of contact for all client/member communication and member portal support including design. - Responsible for creation of renewal documents and tracking for completion. - Responsible for maintaining and updating system setup and configuration for clients. - Responsible for the loading of all enrollment templates including quality review of data. - Review and process claims submission to ensure eligible expense and member reimbursement is provided - Stay informed of IRS guidelines with respect to the Flexible Spending Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts - Audit member and/or employer accounts for any missing claims due to late enrollments via multiple platforms - Align with internal and external departments for any file transfer, loading, or missing claims data - Void and reissue payments weekly - Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Education & Experience: - 4-7 years of experience in consumer direct benefits enrollments and billing - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Overview **CPC Preferred** The Revenue Cycle Team Leader is responsible for managing and developing their team while assisting Manager in problem solving, resolution of collection issues, recognition and reporting of reimbursement trends, and daily operations of department/division. The Team Leader serves as the liaison between Business Groups, UF Health Managed Care and contracted entities for the purpose of resolving individual and trended issues. Applies strong analytical skills with knowledge of managed care and billing concepts to facilitate revenue capture. Responsibilities Supervise new employees in a supportive environment with an emphasis on coaching and training. Provide and monitor work assignments to resolve issues and increase revenue through collections. Manage and control scheduling of individuals to ensure a smooth workflow.
