• Research, collect, and maintain accurate OID mappings to our existing data model • Maintain alignment with security frameworks, compliance data, and IT operations standards • Engaging with the engineering team to implement and test mappings on virtual hardware and devices as needed • Conduct compliance control reviews to ensure coverage, traceability, and alignment with compliance and industry best practices • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline OID mapping, control validation, and content production workflows • Build and maintain structured technical content and scripting enhancements for IT operations software products • Research emerging IT operations standards and security best practices; design and standardize new mappings and frameworks within the product • Continuously improve and update the content database through research, gap analysis, quality assurance, and process optimization initiatives
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an MSP or enterprise IT environment supporting Windows and/or Linux systems
- 1-2 years of experience in developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and troubleshooting
- Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, networking, and managed services tools
- Basic understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and security control concepts
- Familiarity with core networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and device troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to research technical documentation and clearly document processes and findings
