The Verification Specialist is responsible for initiating communication between the company and outside entities to verify credit of the buyers of the assets. The individual is responsible for electronic and telephonic outreach to outside entities, record information provided by outside entities, review documents for accuracy and completeness, and upload documents into the electronic document repository. Essential Functions - Resourceful and Internet savvy with the ability to perform internet research independently - Held to production environment quota for daily performance and completions - Professional, courteous, and customer service oriented - Act as liaison between Covius Mortgage Solutions’ clients and creditors - Ability to communicate effectively using the telephone and email as primary sources of contact - Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, and time sensitive environment - Ability to input data efficiently and accurately - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively multi-task and be detailed oriented Education - High School Education Experience - Two (2) years of Customer Service Experience - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) - Experience with internet research, utilizing search engines, tools, and developing search criteria - Ability to make outbound phone calls to outside entities, vendors, banks, title companies and businesses to gather information on the properties Compensation and Benefits - Covius offers an extensive benefits package for all employees, including medical, dental, vision and 401k! - Compensation: $15.00 - $18.27/hr Application Guidelines: For best consideration, please submit your resume and application materials by Friday, March 20, 2026. Job Requirements

Role Description Responsible for being a support person and/or first point of contact for patients, staff, and guests presenting at the clinic, and performing all the administrative tasks associated with patient check-in as well as administrative support in the event of clinic closure in a remote capacity.
