Intake reporting requests and produce meaningful, actionable, and insightful analyses. Design, develop, test, and maintain analytical processes and reporting solutions. Provide ongoing quality assurance for all assigned data deliverables. Analyze and report on operational metrics, performance trends, and project outcomes. Build dashboards and visual tools across multiple operational areas. Partner with Data Warehouse teams to migrate legacy reporting into Power BI dashboards. Collaborate with Quality and Member Experience teams on analysis related to NPS and Member Satisfaction. Manage shifting priorities and multiple project timelines effectively. Recommend process improvements and technical efficiencies for reporting and workflows. Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation of new systems or tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in operational or process reporting support. 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements for data analysis/reporting. Skills & Knowledge Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. Technical troubleshooting aptitude. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑Lookups, complex formulas, data manipulation). Proficiency in Microsoft Access and SQL (queries, joins, tables, data manipulation). Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools including SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Knowledge of MediTrac (HSP) preferred. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $65,00 - $78,000 a year, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
