Collaborate with Quality and Member Experience teams on analysis related to NPS and Member Satisfaction. Manage shifting priorities and multiple project timelines effectively. Recommend process improvements and technical efficiencies for reporting and workflows. Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation of new systems or tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in operational or process reporting support. 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements for data analysis/reporting. Skills & Knowledge Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. Technical troubleshooting aptitude. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑Lookups, complex formulas, data manipulation). Proficiency in Microsoft Access and SQL (queries, joins, tables, data manipulation). Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools including SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Knowledge of MediTrac (HSP) preferred.
