• Utilize the transaction monitoring and/or blockchain analytics solutions to independently analyze and assess activity or patterns of activity that do not commensurate with the customer’s profile or expected behaviour. • Review blockchain wallet screening as well as KYT alerts and/or investigations to include on-chain activity to determine if the customer activity presents risk indicators. • Independently conduct open source searches as applicable to the relevant customer(s), counterparties, and/or transactional activity. • Analyze transactional activity, along with information collected through internal systems, blockchain screening tools, and open sources and use sound judgment, decision-making skills in making reasonable and well supported alert dispositions with adequate conclusions. • Prepare clear and concise alert and/or case dispositions of potential suspicious activity detected for a Suspicious Matter Report (SMR) consideration. • May be required to draft Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs). • Discuss potentially unusual findings with the Team Lead, Sr FIU Manager, Head of FIU, and/or appropriate Head of Compliance to determine the proper course of action. • Ensure that transaction monitoring alerts, case investigations and SMRs are completed/submitted within the established deadlines and SLAs.

• Drive deal review discussions with the Sales organization. • Collaborate with the Legal, Finance, Product, and other departments to ensure that we are aligned with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. • Proactively drive quote and order execution through strategic deal structuring, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. • Act as first line support for any quote creation issues for the Sales Organization. • Help advise and craft standards and best practices for all facets of a deal including product, operational, legal and financial. • Identify potential risks and issues during order creation and execution and develop mitigation plans to address them. • Provide quote review and pricing approval support, ensuring compliance with company policy standards. • Make recommendations for approvals for non-standard deal elements across internal stakeholders aimed at driving consistent terms and conditions. • Work proactively to predict and minimize potential issues before they arise and resolve those in a timely manner. • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve quote and order execution processes, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Implement quality control measures to ensure that deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and quality criteria. • Communicate progress, issues, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders, including management.

• Lock loans with investors and internal LOS; research and complete re-locks; revise lock and extension request in a timely and professional manner • Manage the Lock Desk queue in a timely manner by providing support to Loan origination units as needed • Enforce AmeriSave Rate Lock Policy while working closely with Loan Officers and Operations Staff • Aid production support staff in challenging pricing situations such as High-Cost exceptions, HPML credits, etc. • Offer solutions and work with the Lock Desk Manager and Information Technology Team to maintain accuracy of internal pricing engine to improve system processes and performance • Process requests and lock cancellations with investors

• Own Lobby Performance Analysis: Deliver deep insight into casino lobby performance, including game placement, navigation, scheduling, and personalization features. • Connect Engagement to Revenue Impact: Combine Amplitude behavioral data with Snowflake and other data sources to attribute real-money outcomes to lobby changes. • Build Insight-Driven Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and recurring reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude. • Design & Analyze Experiments: Partner with Product and Lobby teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments. • Cohort & Funnel Analysis: Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to understand how different customer segments navigate and engage with the lobby. • Define KPIs & Success Metrics: Work with team leaders to define KPIs for new lobby features, personalization models, and scheduling strategies. • Inform Product & Monetization Strategy: Assess the commercial impact of new features and experiments to guide prioritization across the lobby roadmap. • Translate Insights into Action: Turn complex, multi-source analyses into clear, plain-English insights and recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Leadership.
