Role Description We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters based in Grenada to support our growing U.S.-based benefits agency. This role focuses on outbound outreach to individuals who have previously expressed interest in learning more about their supplemental benefits. This is a structured, remote opportunity ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistency. - Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads - Confirm interest and qualify potential clients - Schedule virtual appointments for licensed benefit representatives - Follow a structured call script and tracking system - Maintain accurate notes in our CRM - Meet daily and weekly activity benchmarks This role does not require insurance licensing and does not involve policy sales.
