La mission conservera au départ une dimension opérationnelle, mais elle est destinée à s’orienter de plus en plus vers la gestion de la relation client et le pilotage de comptes. Nous recherchons quelqu’un à l’aise avec un rôle évolutif, capable d’accompagner cette transition tout en contribuant à structurer un périmètre CSM en pleine montée en puissance, dans un environnement où les missions se redéfinissent et gagnent en maturité.
