The Programming Content & Systems Manager is the architect behind how our world-class offerings come to life across every guest touchpoint. This role shapes the daily rhythm of the resort, translating a dynamic portfolio of wellness, spa, fitness, culinary, and immersive experiences into a seamless, elevated journey. Blending operational precision with creative vision, this position ensures every detail—from digital platforms to printed materials—reflects the sophistication, clarity, and intentionality of the Canyon Ranch experience. - Curate and publish daily programming schedules across all resort locations - Orchestrate the flow of programming content across cross-functional teams - Ensure a seamless, elevated presentation across digital platforms and print - Oversee scheduling systems and integrations to maintain accuracy and efficiency - Design and refine workflows that support a best-in-class operational cadence - Craft compelling, on-brand programming descriptions that inspire guest engagement - Continuously refine the guest journey through insights, feedback, and innovation - Support operational planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements. This role offers flexibility of a remote work environment, with occasional travel to resort locations as needed. Additional work will include leading collaborative efforts with our business units and other teams to develop content to relevant audiences (e.g. payers, policymakers, patients and general audiences). This role will own and lead driving the adoption and improvement of content workflow, production and review processes, guiding AI-powered processes to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy. Primary Duties: - Editorial Governance & Audits: Oversee the end-to-end planning, editorial, clearance, and review workflow. Implement and oversee ongoing content audits for public-facing materials. - Team Management: Lead a team of content writers, designers and freelancers. Act as a strategic filter to proactively determine content recommendations, ensuring every piece of collateral aligns with and advances core business goals. - Content Process: Design and drive adoption of content lifecycle process - from ideation to final publication. Develop and refine SOPs and source documents while training internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall process. - Content Strategy & Planning: Lead the content planning lifecycle, including cross-functional ideation, bi-weekly scheduling meetings and quarterly topic pitch sessions. Gathering and generating ideas to create new content and repurpose existing materials to elongate shelf-life. Own the communications content calendar, ensuring it remains up-to-date, and provide weekly visibility to leadership on upcoming content publications.
