• Manage the day-to-day operations of Priorities' active partner relationships on behalf of the Director — tracking touchpoints, scheduling check-ins, drafting follow-up communications, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across the portfolio • Build and maintain briefing documents, relationship trackers, and partner profiles that keep the Director and CIO fully prepared for every external meeting • Serve as a responsive point of contact for partners on operational and logistical matters, escalating strategically to the Director when senior-level engagement is needed • Support the Director in preparing for and following up on coordination tables and coalition meetings — including note-taking, tracking commitments, and drafting action item summaries • Help manage the onboarding of new partners into Priorities' ecosystem, ensuring a smooth handoff from initial outreach through active engagement • Own the logistics and execution of Priorities' recurring briefing series — managing the content calendar, coordinating across product, research, and paid media teams, handling invitations and attendee tracking, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality cadence • Lead outreach and recruitment for multi-audience training tracks, leveraging partner relationships and Priorities' network to drive participation across funder, organizer, and opposition researcher audiences • Manage training logistics end-to-end, including scheduling, materials coordination, participant communications, and post-session follow-up • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback across training and briefing programs, synthesizing insights for the Director and CIO to inform curriculum and program development • Maintain Priorities' ecosystem tracker — monitoring the progressive digital landscape, tracking key organizations, and flagging emerging opportunities or gaps for the Director and CIO • Conduct background research on partner organizations, prospective clients, candidate camps, and political validators to support external meetings and outreach sequencing • Build the prep materials, talking points, and one-pagers the Director and CIO need to show up fully informed in every external conversation • Synthesize partner and field intelligence into regular internal updates for Priorities leadership, helping translate ground-level insights into actionable recommendations • Manage the tools and products business development pipeline — tracking prospect status, maintaining CRM records, coordinating follow-up, and ensuring relationships move through the process efficiently • Draft pitch materials, capability one-pagers, and partner-facing collateral in coordination with the Director and product leads • Coordinate handoffs from initial partner conversations to product and revenue leads, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent partner experience • Relay partner feedback from the pipeline to the product team, helping close the loop between business development and product development • Serve as the connective tissue between the Director and internal teams — including Flock, digital, research, and communications — ensuring follow-through on commitments made in external meetings • Track cross-functional action items and deadlines, proactively flagging risks and keeping relevant stakeholders informed • Support the Director in preparing for internal leadership meetings, including agenda development, materials prep, and follow-up documentation
• Own the development of scripts, creative concepts, and pitches for paid digital programs • Write video scripts, narratives, and treatments that translate research and messaging strategy • Lead video productions end-to-end, from pre-production planning to post-production oversight • Track project-level budgets across individual productions • Push creative executions beyond traditional ad formats
• Oversee external accounting team and manage day-to-day financial operations including vendor payments, invoicing, and expense and revenue tracking • Own budget management and cash flow monitoring across the organization, providing regular reporting to leadership and team leaders, empowering them to manage their program expenses • Oversee annual audit and 990 filing processes, serving as the primary internal point of contact for external auditors and ensuring all financial reporting obligations are met • Run and oversee payroll processing, and manage payroll-related compliance (taxes, state registrations, benefits deductions) • Monitor and ensure compliance across all organizational activities, outputs, and reporting obligations, including tracking and allocating shared expenses across entities with particular attention to IRS and campaign finance regulations • Own end-to-end contract management, including drafting, vendor negotiation, legal coordination, and terms review, ensuring all agreements are tracked, compliant, and protect the organization’s interests • Maintain corporate records, registrations, and filings in coordination with legal counsel • Oversee the organization’s insurance portfolio, including cyber, D&O, and general liability policies • Oversee hiring, supporting hiring managers through all steps in recruitment and hiring processes • Lead onboarding and training for new staff, and manage off boarding with consistency and care • Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation • Own organizational knowledge management — maintaining filing systems, internal documentation, and institutional resources, ensuring information is current, well-organized, and accessible to all staff • Manage IT infrastructure, software licensing, and account provisioning/deprovisioning for staff • Own cybersecurity hygiene protocols and vendor relationships • Work on the organization’s AI adoption strategy in partnership with the Research & Development team, ensuring tools are evaluated, piloted, and scaled in compliance with cybersecurity standards and organizational policy.
• Ad buy prep. Work with the Senior Paid Media Manager to ensure that campaigns are ready for launch. This means supporting processes like political verification/disclaimer set up, pixel placement, ad sourcing/tracking, finalized creative delivery, Q/A processes, audience onboarding, and other logistics required to ensure timely and efficient program launches. This is detail-oriented, high-volume work where catching small errors before launch makes a big difference. • Ad buy execution. Traffic ads and tags to self-serve platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, CM360, etc.) expertly, efficiently, and accurately. You will be responsible for making sure all campaigns are set up in a way that is aligned with best practices and approved media plans. You'll develop fluency across multiple platforms and ad serving tools, and will be responsible for executing a large volume of trafficking tasks with consistency and precision. • Reporting. Work with data and analytics staff to access data related to performance of live campaigns. Work with the Senior Paid Media Manager to develop program insights. Develop comfort pulling and interpreting campaign data in Excel and Google Sheets to surface performance insights and optimizations. • Collaboration and communication. Clearly communicate program updates to the Senior Paid Media Manager and the Paid Media Director. Proactively flag campaign issues, anticipate needs before they become blockers, and bring forward new ideas to improve team workflows. • Flexibility. Maintain a level of flexibility in the specific expectations of this job as the Priorities program takes clearer shape.
• Support Priorities’ marketing efforts by maintaining the website, and drafting press releases and newsletters to stakeholders • Draft, manage, and copy edit organic content across Priorities' owned social media channels • Maintain a content calendar across all organic social media channels • Track and compile press hits and organic channel performance, producing regular reports and synthesizing insights • Support the influencer and creator program by managing collaboration posts • Assist in drafting donor-facing materials including presentation decks, memos, and grant reports • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing team, other departments, consultants, and external partners
About the Role The Analytics Associate or Senior Analytics Associate will support data-informed strategy and decision-making across digital communications and paid media programs. This role will report to the Senior Digital Analytics Manager and plays an important part in helping our efforts to reach and move key voters by turning complex data into clear insights. You'll work cross-functionally with the Paid Media, Creative, and Research & Development teams to support reporting, creative testing, and targeting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about using data to make an impact in high-stakes campaigns. This is a remote position. The role includes occasional travel, and working hours are 10AM–6PM ET regardless of location. We are not currently registered to do business in all locations. In particular, we are not currently accepting applicants based in Florida, Hawaii, Missouri, and Texas due to regulatory considerations. Responsibilities - Media Reporting: Build, maintain, and improve internal dashboards and reporting systems that clearly communicate media performance insights to stakeholders. Produce regular performance reports across digital programs. - Creative Testing: Support the setup, execution, and analysis of creative testing panels to evaluate creative effectiveness. Synthesize results into clear, actionable takeaways. - Audience & Targeting Support: Assist the Senior Digital Analytics Manager in translating audience strategies into actionable targeting plans in partnership with the Paid Media team. - Experimentation Support: Assist the Senior Digital Analytics Manager in the analysis of in-field experiments under the guidance of the Senior Digital Analytics Manager and in partnership with the Research & Development team. - Best Practices & Quality Control: Apply analytical best practices across media programs and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality. Qualifications - 1+ years work experience in data science, analytics, or political targeting. A strong candidate for the Senior role will have 2+ years experience with a track record of owning analytical projects end-to-end. - Fluency in SQL and R; experience with Python is a plus. A strong candidate for the Senior role will demonstrate proficiency in SQL and R, including writing clean, complex queries and scalable code. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced campaign environment. A strong candidate for the Senior role will have experience managing projects from scoping through delivery. - Experience producing clear, timely reports and data visualizations for non-technical audiences. A strong candidate for the Senior role will have experience building repeatable reporting workflows and presenting data-driven findings to senior or non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with creative testing, including assisting with setup, analysis, or interpretation of results. A strong candidate for the Senior role will have experience running creative tests independently. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) - Experience with digital advertising data and/or media performance metrics - Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker or similar - Experience working with voter file data for analysis, targeting, or audience development - Exposure to experimental design or in-field RCTs Compensation and Benefits The budget is $70,000-$80,000 for the Analytics Associate position and $80,000-$90,000 for the Senior position, but will be tailored to experience.
