Role Description This fully remote associate attorney role is designed for a Minnesota-licensed family law attorney. The attorney will manage family law cases with the support of experienced paralegals, dedicated support staff, and proven firm systems that help ensure efficiency and high-quality client service. Although the position is remote, in-person attendance is required for court appearances, mediations, and client meetings when necessary. - Manage a caseload of Minnesota family law matters from start to resolution - Represent clients in court, mediations, and hearings - Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement documents - Advise clients on legal strategy and next steps - Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court - Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff to move cases forward - Track deadlines and case tasks using firm systems Qualifications - Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar - 2+ years of Minnesota family law experience - Strong organization and time management skills - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple cases independently - Comfortable using legal technology, including Clio, MS Office, and other business software - Collaborative, professional, and client-focused Benefits - $10,000 Hiring Bonus Available
