We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant who will perform a variety of complex administrative functions for two senior leaders. The role involves managing schedules and calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing business expenses. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will coordinate meetings and events for the managers' teams, support global off-campus meeting requests, and handle special projects as assigned.
