• Lead and facilitate regular workstream meetings to ensure collaboration across teams. • Maintain focus on quality, continuous delivery, and achievement of objectives. • Provide visibility into delivery targets, milestones, and progress. • Proactively identify and resolve issues and impediments, escalating when necessary. • Use team feedback and performance metrics (e.g., quality, delivery rate) to identify areas for continuous improvement. • Communicate regularly with organizational leaders to provide transparency into progress, risks, and issues. • Execute project management across multiple workstreams to maintain an integrated delivery plan. • Coordinate readiness reviews and testing activities to ensure timely execution. • Support integrated reporting, deliverable tracking, and project status updates. • Facilitate and document status meetings, action items, and decisions. • Establish and maintain risk management processes, including escalation paths and mitigation strategies. • Hold project teams accountable for commitments and deliverables. • Apply PMI/PMP methodology and ensure adherence to governance standards. • Integrate business policies and governance processes into project planning and execution. • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes. • Coordinate and monitor cross-functional workflows to ensure cohesive execution. • Perform quality assurance reviews on project artifacts and deliverables. • Align project outputs with intended business outcomes. • Own the integrated project plan, managing scope, schedule, and budget to meet business goals.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of program or project management experience leading multiple workstreams within the telecom (broadband, voice, or satellite) industry.
- Background in Engineering, Operations, IT, or Systems Development preferred.
- Strong ability to learn quickly, retain critical information, and dive deep into complex topics.
- Proven ability to drive execution and keep teams focused on priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to influence, strategize, and negotiate with executive stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize information and present insights clearly and concisely.
- Experience collaborating with PMO stakeholders in engineering, network infrastructure, or voice operations environments.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel required.

Role Description The Project Manager leads the field execution of assigned federal construction projects within QGS’s Acquire–Comply–Execute lifecycle. This position owns the day-to-day delivery of safety, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance performance.
