Account Development Manager
Accredited Labs
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads. • Engage new and existing customers to understand needs and intent. • Qualify opportunities using structured frameworks (e.g., BANT). • Handle basic equipment sizing and capability matching. • Generate fast, accurate quotes for transactional opportunities. • Independently own and close smaller deals. • Advance larger or complex opportunities to senior sellers with clear context. • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and execute timely follow-up. • Collaborate closely with a Senior Strategic Account Executive for coaching and escalation support. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or service-based commercial roles.
- Helpful to have experience with calibration and technical products.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including email and presentation capabilities for customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn technical concepts without being a deep technical expert.
- Comfortable qualifying and closing transactional business.
- Organized, persistent, and responsive.
