We are hiring an experienced DevOps Coach to help us support existing and new customers. In this role you will be responsible for working with clients to evaluate their current DevOps culture, processes, and tools to make recommendations for improvements, lead the execution of identified improvements, and be a hands-on engineer as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Assess current organizational practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement as well as to provide direction toward those improvements. - Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to continuously improve and expand upon them - Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration - Assist developers and engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team - Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including products, processes materials, manpower and time necessary - Provide clear organizational as well as build and release management and engineering goals for all areas of a product or program and develop steps to oversee their timely execution - Work closely with development and engineering professionals within the company to maintain infrastructure and software required for products to be continually delivered effectively - Mentor and train other developers and engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide - Work alongside product or program management team to successfully monitor and demonstrate progress and implementation of improvements and initiatives

• Initiate and actively drive the adoption of good patterns, structures and use of technologies for development and operations • Investigate and identify practices and work that can benefit from automation • Monitor and suggest improvements to the existing CI/CD process to increase speed, safety and reliability • Implement and coordinate implementation with the parties involved • Develop and maintain existing /GitLab CI pipeline libraries • Assist developers with setting up CI/CD for their projects and provide support for any issues that may arise • Stay up to date with the latest tools and trends in the industry • Provide senior-level, best practice recommendations and implementations to our Windows, Linux and Kubernetes hosting environments • Function as a mentor to junior team members, providing technical guidance and recommending continued learning opportunities to help them develop • Educate fellow team members as well as Application Development Teams about the platforms used-for and hosted-by our team. Key tools and concepts in this space are: Gitlab, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Istio Service Mesh, Kubernetes , Kafka, ELK • Work with our Security team to remediate high-risk vulnerabilities and ensure the security of our environments are being scrutinized as appropriate for their use case • Offer services related to the above tasks and projects to any of the Companies of the Group as instructed by the Line Manager

Education & Experience Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years working with AWS tools such as EC2, S3, EBS, Route 53, VPC, and Elastic IP. - Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and provisioning. - Scripting skills (Python, Ruby, Shell) for monitoring and automation. - Experience with structured and unstructured data and basic SQL proficiency. - Exposure to modern data and analytics architecture (big data, cloud platforms). - Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (Python, R) and data processing concepts. Preferred - Experience mentoring or leading technical team members. - Background working in DevOps, CI/CD, or full-stack engineering environments. - Prior experience designing or optimizing enterprise-level data pipelines.
