We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining MissionSquare. $128,490.00 - $205,580.00 The Expert Software Engineer (Front-End) is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing MissionSquare’s next-generation web experiences. This role collaborates within Agile teams, including products, UX, and engineering; to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing front-end applications. The position ensures interoperability, reliability, and quality through disciplined engineering practices and continuous improvement. ***MissionSquare cannot sponsor or hire candidates with H1B, STEM or OPT visas for this role.*** Essential Functions for this role include: - Design, develop, and optimize user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). - Translate UX specifications into reusable React components and integrate with server-side APIs (REST/GraphQL) in collaboration with UX and back-end teams. - Deliver responsive, cross-browser experiences optimized for multiple devices and viewports. - Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and platform teams to ensure seamless interoperability across applications. - Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure UI consistency and accelerate development. - Develop and execute unit and integration tests; contribute to test planning to ensure quality and reliability. - Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with SRE and platform teams. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews), communicate blockers, and report progress. - Research emerging front-end and AI technologies; recommend adoption strategies to enhance automation, analytics, and developer productivity. - Document technical designs, decisions, and implementation details; maintain comprehensive system documentation. - Evaluate and recommend frameworks, libraries, and testing tools based on functionality, quality, and performance. - Perform other related duties as assigned. If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply: - BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience. - 7–10 years of professional front-end engineering experience, including enterprise-scale component development and custom integrations. - Experience in financial services or regulated industries highly desirable. - Experience using React, SASS, SCSS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, front-end architecture and componentization. - Experience authoring and creating NPM packages. - SQL/Oracle fundamentals; familiarity with stored procedures for data access patterns. - Cloud platforms and CI/CD (AWS/Azure; pipelines, build/deploy automation). - Secure coding and SDLC controls; OWASP awareness. - Git-based workflows (CodeCommit/GitHub); branching, code reviews, release management. - AI-assisted development (code completion/generation/debugging). - YAML/JSON literacy for configuration and data interchange. - Jira or similar ALM tooling. - Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Building responsive, cross-browser UIs; performance tuning. - Debugging and troubleshooting across the stack; test planning and execution. - Continuous improvement mindset; ability to learn and apply emerging technologies. - Translate UX specifications into high-quality components; collaborate across product/design/engineering. - Independently drive complex problem solving and root-cause analysis. - Work autonomously and within teams; manage priorities and deliver results. As a pharmacy technician, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into our system. You will be essential to ensure patients receive their correct prescriptions in a timely manner, directing questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification, and entering complete prescription information once clarification is received.
