Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Reimbursement Manager to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN Leads the activities of the System-wide government reimbursement estimation, accounting, audit and strategy. Ensures accurate financial statement presentation and meaningful analysis is provided to finance leadership across the System. Assists the System and Market Financial Operations team in modeling reimbursement for budgeting, forecasting, business plans, due diligence and special projects. Assists others on Government reimbursement team with cost report filing and other special projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field, OR experience with CMS fiscal intermediary or as a healthcare reimbursement consultant in public accounting in lieu of degree. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience with System, Hospital and Medical Group government reimbursement. - Previous Manager level experience preferred. - Public accounting or CMS fiscal intermediary experience preferred. • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reports for multiple nonprofit clients • Conduct variance analyses comparing actual figures to budget, forecast, and prior periods • Manage client accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements • Implement and monitor internal controls for revenue, expenses, and program budgets • Collaborate with client executives to communicate financial status and provide insights • Oversee and finalize monthly close transactions, including account reconciliations and ledger reviews • Coordinate with external auditors for year-end reviews and tax filings • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for client organizations • Supervise and mentor Senior and Staff Accountants, providing guidance and support in achieving performance goals • Create custom reports and financial analyses to meet specific client needs.

• Assist with accounts and payroll processing. • Maintain organised records and accurate data entry.

• Support students in Accounting courses across high school and college levels • Teach a range of Math subjects from 6th grade through college level • Conduct flexible, remote tutoring sessions • Engage with students to help them reach their academic potential
