The Strategic Process Systems Analyst is responsible for assigned development projects involving system technologies designed to reduce costs, save time, improve quality and/or improve customer service throughout the organization. This role entails diverse responsibilities to include code development, testing, client communication, documentation, and training as defined by technology and business needs. What you will do - Responsible for the basic support or entry level development and delivery of new functionality, maintenance packages, and daily technology support; including user interface software tools, processes/procedures for handling new products - Responsible for test plan development, thorough user acceptance and functional testing of owned processes and technologies to ensure product deployments with no system outages or client impact - Conduct problem analysis, prepares recommendations for action working under direction of senior and/or lead analyst - Review deliverables to ensure developed solutions match requirements and adhere to current business standards - Competent participation in internal/external client calls related to development, maintenance and production support - Provide operational support and training to the business regarding new policies, procedures and products directly related to assigned projects and deliverables What you will bring - Bachelor's degree (IT, Business, Finance) or equivalent experience required - 3 - 5 years prior project management experience, utilizing business analysis skills on technical projects and/or systems reporting required - Deep background in retirement plan administration preferred or 2 - 3 years business process management experience or Pega Certifications - Business Architect Preferred or 3-5 yrs Pega or business process management experience - Ability to prioritize resources and tasks in a fast-paced changing environment required - Strong consultative interpersonal and relationship building skills required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence at multiple levels across the organization is required - Power User of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) required - FINRA fingerprinting required What will set you apart: - Experience working in Retirement Service preferred - Experience with XML structures, SQL, smart forms and Pega systems, OnBase, FileNet, Salesforce applications also a plus ***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.*** What we offer you We offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
