Work with large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Spark to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic content decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, data products, and visualizations that translate data into clear business recommendations. Collaborate with Data Engineering and ML Ops to improve data pipelines, feature engineering, and automation across experimentation workflows. Your Background: 8+ years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative research role, ideally in a consumer technology or media company. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark, with hands-on experience managing and analyzing large-scale, event-level data. Deep understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference methodologies. Proven ability to translate data into compelling stories and recommendations for non-technical audiences. Experience with product analytics, content performance measurement, or personalization systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
