Your Background: 8+ years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative research role, ideally in a consumer technology or media company. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark, with hands-on experience managing and analyzing large-scale, event-level data. Deep understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference methodologies. Proven ability to translate data into compelling stories and recommendations for non-technical audiences. Experience with product analytics, content performance measurement, or personalization systems is a plus.
