Role Description We are seeking an experienced Epic Senior Analyst to support the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic applications. This role will partner closely with operational and clinical stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals and enhances end-user experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead Epic application build, configuration, testing, and optimization efforts - Analyze workflows and recommend system improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders - Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolution - Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance - Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows and system specifications - Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices Qualifications - 3+ years of Epic application experience - Active Epic certification(s) preferred - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Experience with system build, testing, and implementation - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required Requirements - Contract Length: 12+ months - Employment Type: W-2 - Location: 100% Remote Benefits - Pay: $60-$65 per hour
