RPA Analyst - REMOTE from any US based location

Job Details The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible. Candidates and associates may be asked to travel to corporate offices for interviews, training and/or meetings. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States. The primary responsibility of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst is to develop RPA automations using Automation Anywhere and Pega Robotics software platforms to remove redundant tasks, solving inefficiencies and increasing revenue across departments and business units. Provides technical and functional knowledge in designing and documenting the solution. Demonstrates incremental automation build progress to business subject matter experts through regular sprint demos. Partners with business and IT teams continue development through UAT, integration/deployment, and transitions automation to support team. As an RPA Analyst, your responsibilities will include: - Develop automation/bots using Automation Anywhere and Pega Robotics software, while integrating additional technologies where applicable. - Assess feasibility analysis for new automation opportunities. - Develop Solution/Architecture Diagram to create and maintain automated agents. - Establish running books for support of bots in production and resolve bugs - Integrate Bot builds into Business Workflows, partnering with IT Teams - Communicate with and present bot demos to business subject matter experts to support successful delivery. - Work in an Agile mindset, utilizing SCRUM framework. - Escalate issues/impediments that may impact timeline to leadership. - Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running/building of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. - Work with Robotics Team to ensure that all project documents are submitted on time and maintained. - Participate in trainings to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices. The RPA Analyst position is well-suited for you if you: - Foundational knowledge of the development of automations/bots in Automation Anywhere and Pega Robotics - Communication, problem solving, and troubleshooting/analytical skills. - Ability to work in Agile mindset and within SCRUM framework. - Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram or procedural documentation. - Has a basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma process methodologies. - Some knowledge of programming (.NET, Java, C#, ETL etc.), SQL. Qualified candidates will have: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering degree or equivalent to 8 years of relevant experience. - One year of experience in RPA with one successful RPA project implementation of a market leading RPA platform: Automation Anywhere, Pega, BluePrism, or UIPath.
