Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and process flows for development teams. • Act as the key liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Create and maintain essential documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps). • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming). • Support QA and UAT testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies
  • Proven ability to create clear requirements and process documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
