Talent Acquisition Lead
Elementl PowerCatalyzing the deployment of safe and affordable next-generation nuclear projects
Who we are! Elementl Power Inc. is an advanced nuclear project developer and independent power producer, building scalable pathways for clean resilient energy. We break the stalemate in advanced nuclear deployment by delivering turnkey development, financing, and ownership solutions -- empowering customers to access nuclear power without the burden of operating assets. The Opportunity We’re adding a Talent Acquisition Lead to support Elementl’s growth as we expand our advanced nuclear and clean energy portfolio. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll ensure we can attract and hire the specialized talent needed to move our projects forward. This role sits at the center of a major industry challenge. The nuclear workforce is undergoing a generational transition, and critical expertise is at risk as experienced professionals retire. The talent we need is scarce, highly specialized, and not accessible through traditional approaches. This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role. You’ll own recruiting execution across the business while building the pipelines and relationships needed to access hard-to-reach talent, working with the Chief People Officer on strategy. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles, particularly in nuclear technical roles, while strengthening how we identify, engage, and attract talent over time.
