Project Coordinator

• Support the Amicus program team under the leadership of the Program Director • Responsible for administrative, communications, logistical, and programmatic elements of the project • Assist on a variety of impactful projects • Create, maintain and monitor project documentation • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders on action items • Develop and maintain databases for tracking individuals and organizations engaged in the project • Manage logistical arrangements for programming • Draft communications and update the website

Role Description Project Managers are responsible for working with internal team members and third-party vendors to create and manage project plans for the delivery of enterprise projects. Project Managers must communicate and work closely with other team members, the customer, and other vendors.
