• Lead global go-to-market strategy • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success • Define and own the PMM team charter • Build and continuously refine core PMM foundations • Assess current team strengths, gaps and workloads • Provide hands‑on coaching and feedback to existing PMMs • Create rituals and processes that elevate PMM • Represent the PMM function with Gracenote leadership
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing PMMs
- Experience defining PMM charters, processes and frameworks
- Strong background in data, SaaS, ad tech, media, streaming or related domains
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Own go-to-market strategy for Science products and support major launches across the portfolio • Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and key differentiators using VOC, market, competitive, and product research • Maintain messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across channels and communications • Conduct ongoing research into competitor offerings and market trends in the U.S. K-12 education space • Create and maintain enablement tools in partnership with Sales and Customer Success • Define and lead annual product marketing plan for assigned products or portfolio • Track performance via dashboards/reports and communicate impact on bookings and retention • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and launch readiness
